Exchange 2003 Server Message Tracking Help Please.

Hello Everyone,

I have Exchange Server 2003 on a Windows 2003 Server. I tried to enable message tracking but get the following error:

You must be running Exchange Server 2003 or later to invoke this method.

Facitiy: Microsoft Exchange Management
ID No: c10327c4
Microsoft Exchange Manaement

I know I am running Exchange 2003. Any help would be great.
