Any time I create an account in on our Exchange Servers (Front-end or Back-end) it take forever for an account to replicate (many hours) between the Front-end server adn back-end server. In Recipent Update Service, it is set to always run...
Any ideas why ?

define "forever". Depending on your environment, it can take a little while for the RUS to stamp the account with an SMTP address.

If the problem is that the account gets stamped with an address and it doesn't show up in the GAL right away, that's an entirely different issue. Once that's been discussed here MANY times, and available via search.

Thank your for your reply. forever, well, I created an account on my BackEnd server today around 10am, it is been about 6 hours and it still hasn't shown up on my Front-end server in AD users and groups.
However, I did create a test accout on the front-end server, and in about 15 mins, I saw it on my back-end server in AD users and Groups.
It seems that I having an issue with the BE server replicating properly with the FE server.
Thank you.

The accounts are actually created in Active Directory. So, if you create an account on one and can't see it on another, then you're likely using two different domain controllers.

When you open ADUC, it says at the top on the left which domain conroller you're using. It will say something like Active Directory Users and Computers (server.domain.local). You can right click on that and choose a different domain controller.

Compare what DC you're using between the two, and you'll see where you might have a replication issue.

Hey 58sniper, yea, when I create accounts within ADUC (sorry it wa a long day, that is what I meant when refering to AD users and groups)... On our DC's, everything works fine. However, when I create an account within the ADUC on the Exchange Server (Back-end), it takes a very long time to replicate. However, when I create an account within the ADUC on the Exchange Server (Front-End), it take about 15mins.

I guess what I am trying to figure out, why is it taking so long to replicate to the DC's, and Front-End Exchange Server, when you create an Account within the ADUC on the Back-end Exchange Server.

I do need to claify, that the Front-end Exchange server and Backend Exchange server are in two difference locations, connected via the WAN PPP connection.
When I create an account on the Back-end Echange Server, the DC's in that location replicate. It's just the DC's in the location of the Front-End server and front-end Exchange Server that take a very long time to replicate.

thank you...

You need to check your site link replication times under AD Sites and Services I would think.
