Exchange 2003 Public Task Folder - Categories

Is there a way to setup a main set of categories that all users can use without going to each computer and adding the categories?

Did you ever get an answer to this question? I am trying to do something similar and want to know if it's even possible.

I did not get an answer to this question. We only had to set this up for a few users so it turned out ok for us.
