Exchange 2003 Public Folders backup failure

Currently on Networker 7.4.1 - with Exchange Networker Module 5.0.
Exchange sited on Windows 2003 Service Pack2 Cluster- Public Folder backup failing - with the following error:-
Access Denied COM error 0x8007005. It is only failing on certain folders within Public Folders
The Networker user for Exchange backups has owner permissions for Public Folders

Stumped on what to do next!!
