Exchange 2003 Public Folder Permissions Viewing

Running Exchange 2003 , attempting to view/modify permissions of a Public folder using Exchange System Manager. When I select folder and Right Click folder I get the following error :-
The SSL Certificate name is incorrect
ID no: c103b404
Exchange System Manager

We have an SSL certificate for external staff to access their email via the web. I have run this tool on the actual Exchange server with same error details.

Any help ...

Thanks have seen that document. Whats not clear from it is the functionality of the directory structure in IIS. Followed the steps and problem is now resolved..
