My users are complaining that when their PDAs pull mail from the Exchange server via POP it flags the emails as opened in their Outlook client. Is there a way to configure the Exchange server to not flag them as opened?
When you said via "POP", do you have a Connector Tool Setup in your Exchange System Manager? Then from your Outlook, you don't really have the actual POP3/SMTP setup and just feeding it thru your Exchange Server? Please verify this.
