Exchange 2003 OWA with IIS 5.0 1

I have problem with Exchange 2003 OWA and windows 2000 iis 5.0. When i browse IIS 5.0 admin, I got the message "unable to enumerate file and directory because of the following error occured: The system cannot find the path specified" and all virutal filder "Exchange admin, Exchange and public" folders show error red icon. I googled and I found only how to fix exchange 2003 owa and IIS 6 only. I cannot find IIS 5.0. Please share me if you have some experience with IIS5 and exchange 2003.

I think the IIS6 instructions would probably be valid for IIS5 too. I've worked a lot with both and I couldn't tell you the difference between them.
