Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help?
We have around 40 homeworkers who connect to our network through VPN tunnels. This setup has been great for the past year or so.
We have recently upgraded to Exchange 2003 and since then, the homeworkers are unable to synchronise Outlook and work offline. Also they are unable to access public folders when online (which is not quite as big an issue). In both cases outlook hangs without any error message. All homeworks are using Outlook 2000 sp3 but we have tested Outlook XP and 2003 and all do the same thing. Nothing has been changed at all except Exchange.
Any ideas?
