Scenario: Newly created user can access OWA but cannot connect to exchange mailbox within Outlook. This has been covered a few times but the solutions given have not worked for me.
I have done the following:
Update/Rebuild RUS, restart service/server, applied nomas tool, database is in good order, checked permissions from KB articles.
Any thoughts?
