Exchange 2003 offline defrag question

I need a doc or instructions on doing a off line defreg for exchange 2003. Something a 6 grader can understand.

A "6th grader" shouldn't be defragging an Exchange Information Store. You might want to rethink who is doing this work for you. Here's a link on how to use the Eseutil utility.

I left my brain @ home today, do you know anything on having multiple stores on exchange 2003 standard edtion?

Yes. I've been seriously playing with Exchange for rather a lot of years and email systems for 15 years.

I'm extremely concerned when I play with offline defrags.

Recommendation: Run away. Get someone qualified.
