Exchange 2003 - functional mailbox -tracing deletions

As part of our Exchange 2003 environment we have a number of functional accounts.

One of the functional accounts which has over 20 users who can access it, somehow keeps on loosing every email older than 24 hours.

I suspect that one of the users has a local rule or is manually deleting these emails.

Is there any way that the culprit can be traced?

You can take a look into this, but I'm not sure if it tracks messages once they reach a mailbox.

In this case it may be worthwhile to take a look at what rules each user has set.
