Hi,
We recently migrated to Exchange 2003. We did not experience any problems until recently. Around a week ago we where alerted to a problem whereby new exchange users external e-mails where going out with a X400 rather than smtp 'from address'. This means that people where unable to reply to these external e-mails. We have not made any changes to our configuration. The only thing that may be of note (highly unlikely) is we switched off a domain controller the day this problem started to surface due to disk errors. Its worth noting that existing mailboxes and some of the first new ones to be created on 2003 dont have this problem.
If anyone has seen this problem before or has any troubleshooting advice to pass on I would be very gratefull.
Many Thanks
James
