Exchange 2003 forwarding to Gmail

I have setup a brand new 2003 exchange server. I have a user that needs their email forwarded to their gmail account.

I have setup a contact with their gmail address and turned on forwarding, and turned on the deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox

If I go into the users mailbox via OWA, the email is there, but the user is not getting it into GMail. I have had them check Spam, Junk mail, etc.

Need to get this resolved ASAP! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have also tried sending it to my gmail account as well and do not get it....

So you set up forwarding to a mail-enabled contact? Any error messages? Double check the link below.

Also, you can setup gmail to check for mail under Accounts & Import in Settings.
