I have 2 Exchange 2000 servers in my domain, and I decided to add a third server to act as a front end server for OWA. I started by setting up a Exchange 2000 server (on W2K server), then I decided to upgrade the whole thing to W2K3. I upgraded Exchange first - no problem. Then I upgraded W2K server to W2K3 - no problem. My problem is that now all of my Exchange servers show up in System Manager EXCEPT the Exchange 2003 server. They all showed up before I upgraded. I can't select the Exchange 2003 server to be a front end server if I can't find it! Any ideas?

TIA

Chuck

Wowser! That's a scary one. I hope you didn't have any production mailboxes on that server yet.

Don't have suggestions but am wondering:

a.) Are these symptoms the same when you are viewing the ESM from the Exchange 2003 server?

b.) Are you able to locate the server in Active Directory when using ADSI Edit?
