Hi all,
Hoping you can help. I recently started supporting a new customer and I inherited a very poorly Exchange 2003 system, which has some very unique characteristics.
Currently, emails can be sent to someone (either internally or externally) and can end up with someone else. I've checked the usual areas including DNS servers, and everything seems OK.
Recently this problem has gone up a level in so much as text in emails is either being mixed or changed between different users and different emails.
I can safely say I've never seen a server behave like this and needless to say a new server is on it's way. But in the interim the above issue is very worrying as there is a high risk of confidential emails ending up in the wrong hands.
Any advice is greatly welcomed, thanks All.
Chris
