Exchange 2003 database defrag

I have a lot of scripts to automate Management Tasks in my Windows/Exchange Systems, but a script to do a defrag an Exchange 2003 database I ensure you that I will not use.
An off-line defrag, it is one task that you should be very carefull, and it is not a best pratice to do it with a script in a Schedule Task.
