Exchange 2003 Client Does Not Detect New Mailbox Store 1

Windows 2003 SP2 / Exchange 2003 SP2
CommVault 6.1.0 Build 50 SP3

I have introduced a new Mailbox store within the First Storage Group .. but CommVault does not detect it so Mailboxes are not being backed up..

I have gone through the guides

but it should be doco wise do this..
but The discovery function does not work at all.. does this need a reinstall and reconfigure of the client..

it sounds like a rights issue
Does the account you use to backup the other SG's have access to the new SG?

I believe it was in the end as the test mailbox in the new storage got backed up.

I don't think i gave enough time for the replication of sercurity to occur..
