Hello all,

I am using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I would like to know if there is a way to configure the Exchange Server to have "out of office replies" only sent to users within our network and not to external addresses. Thanks for any help.

Open System Manager - Global Settings - Internet Message Formats - properties for the Default Recipient policy - Advanced.
Disable all 'Allow..' lines.
