We have Exchange 2003 and we want to install MS Office 2010 in all clients.

Actually we have several rooms available to reservation using Exchange calendar. When you setup a meeting and choose a room as a resource, room automatically accepts meeting and it remains reserved.

We are doing tests with Outlook 2010 but rooms don't get reserved. We setup room as a resource when setup meeting, but meeting does not appear in room calendar until we access to room mailbox and open meeting mail, and after that meeting appears as temporal, not as accepted. Although we setup meeting as a resource, room receives it as a normal user, not as a resource.

With Outlook 2007 it worked perfectly.

Is there any way to solve it? Are not compatible Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2010?
