Exchange 2003 and KVS Enterprise Vault

Is anyone running both Exchange 2003 and KVS (now Veritas) Enterprise Vault?

I am having issues using the Offline Vault folders and synchronizing them with the online archives. No errors, but the directories are different. And it always want to synch when you Update Offline Vault. and then the progress window just disappears.

I'm thinking the client's archived data might be too large for the synch to handle but not sure. If anyone has used Offline Vault, I'd like to hear any advice or success/fail stories.
