We have an AD user with a username of jon.smith. As you know creating an email account for him will give him the email address of jon.smith@ourdomain.com. How can I have all mail sent to jsmith@ourdomain.com forwarded to jon.smith@ourdomain.com .

Add jsmith@ourdomain.com as an additional address to the AD account of Jon Smith (if jsmith@ourdomain.com is already allocated to another domain user you have to remove it first).
