Exchange 2003 account problem

Hi

I administrate a windows 2003 SBS that has Exchange Server 2003. I have a porblem since last week and I cannot figure it out. When i add new users in active directory it creats automaticly a maibox for them. The problem is that the new users cannot add a Outlook Exchange account in there's Microsoft Outlok (error :name not found), but they can log on Outlook Web Acces and they can both send and recive emails. Do somebody know where the problem could be?
