Exhange 2000, small 6 client machine network, all clients running XPPRo.

When email is sent, we would like to include at the bottom of the email, all of the names that it was sent to at one domain?

Can exchange do something like that? New to exchange, all help appreciated.

No, and why would it, all people it a message is send to are in the To or CC list, except if you use BCC but then there would be no point having that is they were listed in the message.

We send large amounts of mail to distribution lists, which go in the BCC field, (the Boss says so) privacy and printing issues; However some of the company presidents who receive the mail, would like to know if it has gone to someone else in their company so that they don't proceed to forward it on and user 2, gets 5 additional copies.

So, the company presidents asked, would it be possible to include Recipients at this Doman: JBlow, MShaw, BSmith as a cc at the bottom of the email.

Just asking, thats fine, if exchange can't do it Outlook can. No problem.
