How can I setup in the Global address list a user that is not an actual user who logins but someone from the outside who people in the company need to send to. Instead of every user putting in thier contacts, just want it to appear on everyones Global Adress List.

Can anyone help ??

You can do it in a similar manner to adding a new internal user. Can't recall the exact menu item to do it, NEW OTHER I think. Then you just put in their full email address.

The thing you want to create is a Custom Recipient, in Exchange, go to File-New Custom Recipient, and choose 'Internet address.' Enter the email address and click OK, then enter a meaningful Display name for your Global Address List.
