i cannot find any sp4 of exchange 2000 in google. So, i guess that microsoft did not release sp4 of exchange 2000. am i right?

Did you even bother to follow the link that I provided you from Google? It seems that the answer is right in front of you to deduce for yourself.

But, since you insist on being spoon fed your answers, no, there is no SP4 for Exchange 2000, and I wouldn't bother waiting for one (since it's two versions old now).

I ask this stupid question because I want to get one of hotfix for exchange 2000. However, the account manager of microsoft told me that I should install sp4 of exchange 2000 before i install this hotfix.

This account manager is not familiar with microsoft product.
