Hi All,
I have an Exchange 2000 server running SP3. I want to plan for a recovery should my server fail and am unsure how to perform the follwing type of restore:-
Server completes a full backup @23:00, server disks that hold the EDB & STM crashes. The disks that hold the transaction logs is OK. I replace the drives and manage to create blank database file but not before backing up the current logs. I then perform a restore and the mail comes back as of 23:00. How do I get Exchange 2000 to play the transaction logs that where created following the backup prior to the crash?
