When looking at Crystal Reports integration (v8), the Mailbox Admin connection gives you very little information about cross user activity (ie when they registered, date last registered etc). Crystal claims to come with exchange integration but this seems to be the only cross user view into the data. Can the standard Crystal integration get more cross user details?
