Exchange 2000 Public folder Replication

We have multiple exchange 2000 enterprise servers (SP3). I am trying to replicate the contents of a public folder on one server to another exchange 2000 server. I have added the replica on the destination server and adjusted the replication interval, but nothing seems to be happening. Can someone let me know the right way to achieve this or if you have any document which at least tells, how to do it correctly.
