Exchange 2000 Permissions

Ooops, whilst trying to get exmerge to work I have messed up the permissions on one of our exchange servers.

The permissions I changed were made by right clicking on the server and the information store and editing those ACL properties to give the local administrator send as/receive as permission.

Now my users get a delayed and then an NDR when trying to send mail.

Is there a quick and easy way to reset all permissions back to their defaults?
