Hi all:
I have several questions in which I'm sure many of you may know and I'd be grateful for some tips or even a walkthrough for my problems. Here goes:
7 users, W2k SP4, Exchange 2000:
There are two global address lists folders that are made public so that all the employees in the office can access the same contacts. Locally, everyone can see the contacts just fine, but when we connect to OWA and click on "Folders", it says (1) "The service is no longer available." (2) When I click on the contacts folder, there are no contacts stored in there. Also, when I click on the address book in OWA and use the FIND feature, it lists only the users in Active Directory that have e-mail accounts. (3) Is this normal? (4) How do I migrate the global contacts into the address book of the user? (5) How can I get remote users that use standard Outlook 2000/2002 to use the global address lists from their personal computers? (6) How can I get the remote users on their personal computers to synchronize the server's global address lists to the employee's personal contacts folder?
Thanks in advance!
