exchange 2000 messages disappear

One of my client's email is acting very strange. She receives some messages, but certain messages you can watch it hit the inbox then disappear. I can not find the message in the trash can or other folders. An example of a message that disappears is Undeliverable daemon sent by the system administrator. As I said it hits the inbox and 1/2 second later vanishes. I am not sure in where it goes, but it disappears. I am stumped on this problem. She does not have filters set up. Also it's not just one user either. It's the whole office. Any suggestions, comments, experiences? Thanks

Try changing the view to see if the message becomes visable. I have seen this on a mailbox that is shared by our Support department, but only affected 1 user. I re-created that users Outlook profile and added the Support mailbox again. Problem has not re-occurred.

There are no rules set up that move it somewhere else?
Fully patched up Exchange? Not being deleted by anit spam stuff?
