I am trying to configure Mailbox Mgr in Exchange 2000. I can get it to work and send me an email when it generates the report. The problem is that it does not pay attention to which groups I want monitored. For example, I want all store monitored but I do not want office personnel
to be monitored. I have tried to select only stores (under filters, modify), but it generates a report for everyone. I do not know how to only select "stores". Any help here would be appreciated. I am using the latest service packs for both Win2000 and Exchange 2000. I have read that I have to add two policies: one for monitoring and one for
excluding certain groups and give the excluded group a higher priority. However, that is way too confusing and I just want to be able to select a group and go from there. Thanks
