Exchange 2000 downgrade to 5.5

For business reasons I do not wish to bore you with, I may have to downgrade my Exchange versions. What changes will be noticable to the clients if this is done. Clients use Office 2K or Office XP. I understand there will be very visible changes in OWA.

The clients would not see any difference, unless you implemented custom forms or so.
