Any experiences on Installing Exchange 2000 CDO patch for DST
Is it a straightforward install or any known issues

could you provide the link please?

After this patch, is there one for Outlook clients that also must be run?
 
Read the copious amounts of DST threads in the Exchange forums - they cover this fully.
 
That's the problem....there are COPIOUS AMOUNTS, and not all are the same. You could be a sweetie and point me to the correct response or FAQ, and it would be so appreciated!
 
Your best resource by far is MS, and this link will provide you with every piece of information you'll need (actually now, have needed) to get your systems prepped for what has already occured.

Hi. Sweetie pie here. I've spent about 20+ hours looking into DST problems on various different versions of Exchange from 5.5 onwards. I've written a lot about it on Tek Tips, other forums and my blog. I don't have a US based Exchange server that I support so actually the whole thing is fairly irrelevant to me.

If you want to fix your DST problem, I'd suggest doing some reading rather than asking for a summary.

Your research and explanations are commendable, particularly given the fact that you had no vested interest in any of our concerns from the get-go. Thanks for your input and willingness to expound on the subject--many of your synopses were superior to M$ articles.

Several of your posts confirmed my plan of attack, and our DST solution was quickly confirm and implemented over the weekend. My users will be clueless (as usual) to the fact that ANYTHING was happening in IT land whilst they took their weekend holiday.

Thanks again, and I'm sending a star for those who were so helpful.
