Exchange 2000 backups...

guys

I wonder if anybody can help me on this one.

Im doing a exchange backup of the mailbox store under first storage group successfully (acording to the logs). BUT
When go to restore wizard to try and have a look at the mailbox store i cant see it. The furthest i can go down to is the first storage group. I click on the '+' sign to go down further but nothing happens and the '+' sign remains there after i have clicked on it.
Do you have any suggestions why?

Make sure you are logging all details in the database. If not the catalog file contains less information that gets merged into the database.
