Exchange 2000 Backup Agent

Running E2k on Win2k, Arcserve2k running on another Win2k box...

Trying to install E2K backup agent, have set up the service account, mail box and sent mail as per install instructions....

When configuring Backup agent get error message 'Failed to get the information for the specified account, EC=122'

Check that you've given the exchange account access to the world,site and configuration containers within exchange admin, also make sure you have the exchange transport subsystem on the exchange box (ie make sure when you click on mail profile it shows MS-Exchange..if it doesn't install an Exchange client on the server ..can be outlook98/exchange 4.0 etc)..also make sure that you have given the correct permissions to the exchange account...
