Exchange 2000 & AutoAccept script ?

I'm almost giving up, but is there a tool/utility to do the Conference room scheduling for a regular mailbox w/ Exchange 2000 ?
i see there is one w/ Exchange 2003 but not there yet.

i saw an autoaccept script but it has to be loaded on exchange server and access to smtp pickup...eeeeeeee

anyone ?
