Exchange 2000 and DynDNS.org...

Can someone help me determine if it is possible to set up an email server using DynDNS.org sub-domain names?

I have a server setup with Windows 2000 Server and would like to offer friends and family email services but for some reason cannot find any info on whether it will work with DynDNS.org's free DNS services.
i.e. - My servers web site address is:

How can I setup an exchange server using that (if it is even possible) and what would the users email addresses be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
