I notice a clients restore properties that I can not restore individuals Mail messages. I can restore there whole mail box. Is this correct? I know that Veritas will restore individual mail messages in each mailbox.

This is correct, arcserve cannot restore individual messages. The way around it is to create a dummy mailbox and to restore the info onto that, then to copy across to the desired mailbox the message you wish to restore.
