hey guys i went to try to install the exchange agent on my new exchange server but it doesnt let me. the exchange agent is greyed out and says it cannot be installed on this operating system. obviously im running win server 2003 x64. the brightstor version i have is 11.5 but its not running sp3. do i have to install sp3 first then try to install the agent? any ideas?
