Exchance and Outlook 2000

I forgot to as one other question. Is there anyway of setuping either Exchange or Outlook 2000 up so it always saves a copy on the server?

If you are using Exchange you should be keeping stuff on the server anyway. If you are not, check the client setup of Outlook as you are probably using pst files and delivering the new mail to the personal folders. Change this to deliver to the exchange mailbox.
