Hello,

I have a Outlook 2002 to Exch 2k to Exch 5.5 Bridgehead to Nexor x.400
system to Outlook Boldon James client EM4 3.4.7.

I'm using X.400 connectors between the Exch boxes and Nexor.

My messages from Outlook 2002 to a client on Outlook Boldon James
using the recipient's x.400 address are received but when they reply
they receive the following non-delivery report:

> The following recipient could not be reached:
>
> intuser1 on 17/03/03 16:40
> this ORAddress is empty: CN=INTUSER1, CN=RECIPIENTS,
> OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP, O=DISEXCHANGE$/FFN=INTUSER1

I've been told it could be how the reply-to addresses are set for the
users within Exch.

Where is this and how do I change it?

Many thanks
Jon

Look at the properties of the user, email addresses tab. One will be bold - it is the reply adddress. You can select another address and click the Set as Reply Address button to change it.

The user sent me an email from an external X.400 system. She is not in my GAL or anywhere in AD so I can't check her 'E-mail Addresses' tab.

I hope I don't have to put her into my AD along with the other 15000 users out there.

Cheers
Jon
