EXCH Exchange Agent -- (423)"Fail to Access Registry
 
You are probably using Exchange 2000 and you are installing
the agent for Exchange 5.5. Cancel the authentication and
configuration of the agent and continue with the install
process and then check the following registry key:

HKLM\Software\ComputerAssociates\ARCServeit\DSAgent\Current
Version\Agent\dbaexch - Build
If the value is either 323 or 337 you definitely have installed the wrong agent. For Exchange 2000 You should
have build 394.
