Exch 5.5 on W2K Server???

Hi,

I need to build a backup server for our organisation. Currently our mail is running on Exch 5.5 on an NT 4 Server. I want to build a win2K server though and still run Exch 5.5. Is that possible or do I have to upgrade to Exch 2000?

Any advise would be welcome.

I have been running Exchange 5.5 SP4 on a Windows 2000 server for a year now with no problems. I am even using OWA for Exchange on this setup.
