Greetings, all:
We're having an issue with access to user mailboxes. When settting up for "stealth" access, our usually M.O. is to set up the admin as a "user" on the mailbox and then manually set up the mailbox in Outlook. This method usually works great. But we've had some issues lately with specific mailboxes giving us a "cannot access folder" or "access denied" when we attach to the mailbox. It's not a consistent problem and the mailboxes that give us the issue may work one day and not work another. For the most part, we can access any mailbox.
Vitals: Exch 5.5,sp4 on W2K,sp3 Srvr with A/D running in W2K native mode.
Any ideas?
