I have an SX-200 LW 19 Q46.0.1 and several phones are going to lockout and then coming back into service. The phones are all on different cards and they are in different bays. The logs show "excessive messaging. remove from service. Any ideas? I have replaced BCC card and MCCIIIE.

Unfortunatley you might have a problem with the DNIC cards. If you do not have these revisions, then it is possible your DNIC cards are missing a fuse which make them overheat, in turn causes the system to reset ( usuaully off hours). But the logs will indicate excessive messaging.

REV: white dnic should be at 4.6 and blue should be 2.5
