Excess Inventory

Is there a way to enter items that are "left over" from a job? Example: We quote and sell a job that uses 20 of item ABC. When the job is done, we bill for the entire order, since it was a quoted and accepted job, but only use 10. How do I enter the 10 back into inventory showing NO COST?

You can go into Inventory, Main, Transaction Entry and do a Receipt or Adjustment using a zero cost.
