exceptional greeting message

Hello everybody,

in first, excuse me for my poor english. I will try to do my best.

On this christmas time, our customer want to make an exeptional greeting message to explain that they are in day off. But they don't want to overwrite their actual greeting message to avoid of recording back again after...

On the 4.0 release of IPOffice, to do that, I created a "huntgroup" named exeptional and I put this huntgroup on fallback replacement if the main group was "Out Of Services".

When the main group was Out Of Service, the call goes to the exeptional huntgroup and listen the greeting message of this huntgroup.

On the actual release, even if a call go to a fallback replacement group, it comes back to the voicemail of the original huntgroup...

Do you have a tip to do this like in the 4.0 release?

Exept with the voicemail pro, I don't know how to do this.

VMPro is easy

Make a module and make a recording

Then in your incoming call route point the DDI to VM:modulename


The problem you have is normal behaviour
It always goes back to the original group voicemail

what you can do is go in to the vm server
Go to c:/program files/avaya/ip office/ voicemail pro/vm/accounts

Search for the groupname
Rename it and record your greeting for the original group
Change the voicemail answer time to 0 or 1 second

After cristmas delete the waf and rename the otherone back to the groupname

But it's not with the voicemail pro.
I must do this with an embedded voicemail or voicemail light.

Sorry if my request was not clear but thanks for your explanation.
 
With embedded you need to rerecord the message
With light then rename the greeting of the group like with pro
