Exception when crystal report is loaded from vb .net app

The following exception is thrown when crystal report is loaded from a vb dot net application:

System.Exception: Load report failed. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): The parameter is incorrect. at CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc.ReportClientDocumentClass.Open(Object& DocumentPath, Int32 Options)
at CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportClientDocumentWrapper.Open(Object& DocumentPath, Int32 Options)
at CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportClientDocumentWrapper.EnsureDocumentIsOpened()

what version of Crystal Reports are you using? How are you loading the report? Code?

Crystal Reports 10, however i hv soolved the problem by embedding the correct merge module in the installable package as per the document for application deployment from Business Objects
