Exception throw when scrolling thru DataGridView

Hi All, I keep getting this exception thrown whenever I scroll through the DataGridView (horizontal scroll).

Are there any known issues with the DataGridView in VS2008?

I'm going to try and attach the exception message, but not sure if I can...
